All credit card orders are placed through our Yahoo! store, so you can shop with confidence. Our Yahoo! store also allows you to track your order status on-line, although we ship so fast, there will hardly be time to check! Most orders ship the next business day.

Policies and guarantees:

We will use the email address you provide to contact you in the case of any questions about your order, or to notify you of any delay in the processing of your order. If you would like to receive updates and new product information, check 'yes' to the 'add to our mailing list' question. We will not sell our mailing list, you will not be getting junk messages due to us.

We will get your order to your doorstep in about 3 business days (in the US). Our standard shipping delivers on Saturdays as well as weekdays. See "Shipping information" below for more details & options. Custom engraving requires more time, shipment usually occurs with 7 days.

All Autoexpressions products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Return any defective product to us prepaid and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Satisfaction guaranteed: return our product within 10 days for any reason whatsoever for a complete refund. We don't care why, we won't argue. Just ship back the product in its original packaging postage prepaid and we will refund your purchase price. The only exception to this is custom engraving, for which we can provide a 50% refund. If dis-satisfaction is due to our error, a full refund will be possible.

Discounts are available for quantity purchases. A 20% discount will apply to the purchase price of teeth (models may be mixed) on orders of 5 or more teeth. Larger discounts will apply to larger orders, contact us for details.

Shipping Information:

There are two domestic and one international options which apply to the first two products ordered. For example, one teeth kit OR one teeth kit and a license plate holder would pay $5 for a domestic Priority Mail delivery. They are, for the first 2 pounds (which applies for any 2 products ordered):

1. Via US Priority Mail (package dropped off at your door, Mon-Sat): $4.30.

2. US shipment with signature required upon delivery: $7.50

3. International shipment: $15, Canada:$12.50.

In most cases, we will ship the next business day. We will notify you via email of the shipment date, or if your order is delayed for any reason.
